Dodson’s DMS-7963 GR6 Insane Duty 1-6 Gearset was developed in late 2021 through years of iteration and engineering. This gearset spares no technical expense and has, over the past 4 years, become the gold standard for high-end drag racing and the most demanding applications! We have thrown everything that we have at this gearset to ensure it can withstand the INSANE abuse that 3,000+ horsepower lays down on the track!
Constructed from exotic F1-grade steel alloys on the main shaft, 2nd, 4th, and Cluster, this kit builds on its Extreme Duty cousin by upgrading the most prone components in the GR6, bringing a level of reliability to these top-end R35 builds that we could have only dreamed of 10 years ago! This kit includes all of the end-to-end installation parts that you have come to expect with our Dodson gearsets, such as seals, circlips, circlip retainers, bearings, reinforced/modified shift fork & rail, modified park pawl, and more!
Proudly supporting the world record-holding GR6 quarter mile pass and dozens of high-spec drag cars globally, this gearset is made to go round after round in the most demanding applications!
