Description
The Blitz Up Grade Actuator is a direct replacement, adjustable Wastegate Actuator that enables reliable boost control at high RPM with reduced pressure fluctuations. The actuator body features a completely original design, employing specially designed inner springs and an adjustable rod. The adoption of Rod Turnbuckle means boost pressure can be set and adjusted easily, without removing the valve rod.
The Blitz Up Grade Actuator housing maintains the OEM shape and is manufactured from billet alloy for superior corrosion resistance, with an anodized blue finish. The installation bracket chrome plated while the actuator valve rod is made from stainless steel, which helps to prevent loosening of the nut due to thermal material expansion caused by high engine bay temperatures.
